İsrail’de yayımlanan Yedioth Ahronoth gazetesinin haberine göre, yasama komisyonu, camilerden hoparlörle ezan okunmasının yasaklanmasını öngören ve “ezan yasağı” olarak bilinen yasa tasarısına ilişkin yeni düzenlemeleri onayladı.
Ezanın gece 23:00 ile sabah 07:00 saatleri arasında hoparlörlerden okunmasını yasaklamayı öngören yasa tasarısında, yasağa uymayan camiler hakkında bin 200 dolara ulaşan cezalarının kesilebileceği belirtiliyor.
Ezan yasağı nedir?
“Gürültü kirliliğine neden olduğu” iddiasıyla camilerden hoparlörle ezan okunmasının yasaklanmasını öngören tasarının, yürürlüğe girmesi için Knesset’te üç farklı oturumda görüşülerek oylanması gerekiyor.
Filistinlilerin ve İslam aleminin büyük tepkisini çeken tasarı, daha önce de birkaç kez gündeme gelmiş ancak Knesset’te oylamaya sunulmamıştı.
Israeli Parliament approves Ezan almighty
It has been reported that the legislative commission in the Israeli Parliament (Knesset) has approved the draft law on the prohibition of reading the crusader from the loudspeakers to be presented in the Knesset.
According to the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper published in Israel, the legislative commission has approved new regulations on the drafting of the law, known as the "crusader", forbidding the reading of azan from loudspeakers.
The bill, which envisions prohibiting the reading of azan from the loudspeakers between 23:00 and 07:00 hours at night, said that the penalties reaching a thousand dollars for the mosques that do not comply with the ban could be cut off.
What is the punishment ?
The idea of prohibiting the reading of the azan from the mosque by the loudspeakers as a result of "causing noise pollution" needs to be discussed at three different sessions in the Knesset in order to come into force.
The bill, which attracted great response from the Palestinians and the Islamic world, has been on the agenda a number of times before, but has not been presented in the Knesset.
