TBMM Başkan Vekili Hamzaçebi’den Batı Trakya ziyareti

Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi (TBMM) Başkan Vekili Mehmet Akif Hamzaçebi başkanlığındaki heyet Batı Trakya’yı ziyaret ederek bir dizi temaslarda bulundu.

Gümülcine Gündem Gazetesi'nde yer alan habere göre, 1 Mart Çarşamba günü Batı Trakya’ya gelen heyette Hamzaçebi’nin yanı sıra, Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi (CHP) Edirne Milletvekili Erdin Bircan, Edirne Belediye Başkanı Recep Gürkan, Silivri Belediye Başkanı Özcan Işıklar ve Silivri Belediyesi’nden iki meclis üyesi yer aldığı belirtildi. İlk durak Gümülcine Başkonsolosluğu
TBMM Başkan Vekili Hamzaçebi ve beraberindekiler, Batı Trakya temaslarına Türkiye’nin Gümülcine Başkonsolosluğu’nu ziyaretinin ardından heyetin Başkonsolos Ali Rıza Akıncı’yı makamında ziyaret ettiği ve karşılıklı hediyeler verildiği bildirildi.
Gümülcine Türk Gençler Birliği ziyareti
Daha sonra Gümülcine Türk Gençler Birliği’ni (GTGB) ziyaret eden konuk heyet, bir süre Başkan Koray Hasan ile görüşüldü. GTGB’nin çalışmaları ve hukuki süreciyle ilgili bilgi veren Koray Hasan, son dönemde azınlık eğitiminde yaşanan sıkıntılardan da bahsedildi.
Koray Hasan’ın azınlık eğitimiyle ilgili olarak, “21. yüzyılda Batı Trakya Türk azınlığı olarak, Avrupa Birliği üyesi Yunanistan’da, hala kendi ana dilimizde eğitim alamıyoruz.” sözlerine yer verildi.
Gümülcine Seçilmiş Müftülüğü
Heyetin bir sonraki durağı Gümülcine Seçilmiş Müftülüğü oldu. Gümülcine Seçilmiş Müftüsü İbrahim Şerif, ziyaretten duyduğu memnuniyeti dile getirdi ve Türk azınlığın müftülük sorunu hakkında bilgi verdi.
İskeçe ili ziyareti
Gümülcine’deki temaslarının ardından İskeçe’ye geçen heyet, burada İskeçe Seçilmiş Müftüsü Ahmet Mete’yi makamında ziyaret etti. Ziyaretten duyduğu memnuniyeti dile getiren Mete, konuk heyete Türk azınlığın müftülük sorununu aktardı.
İskeçe’deki temasları çerçevesince heyet son olarak, İskeçe Muzaffer Salihoğlu Azınlık Ortaokulu ve Lisesi’ni ziyaret etti.
Hamzaçebi, okul sahibi Saime Kırlıdökme ve öğretmenler tarafından kapıda karşılandı. Okul ziyareti sırasında İskeçe SİRİZA Milletvekili Hüseyin Zeybek de hazır bulundu.
Heyet, daha sonra Selanik’i ziyaret etmek üzere İskeçe’den ayrıldı. TBMM Başkan Vekili Hamzaçebi ve beraberindekiler 2 Mart Perşembe günü Selanik dönüşünde İskeçe Türk Birliği’ni ziyaret etti. Hamzaçebi ve beraberindekileri, İTB Başkanı Ahmet Kurt ve yönetim kurulu üyeleri karşıladı. Heyet, dernek başkanı Kurt’tan İTB’nin sürdürdüğü hukuk mücadelesi konusunda bilgi aldı.Hamzaçebi ve beraberindekilere, Batı Trakya’da temasları sırasında Türkiye’nin Gümülcine Başkonsolosu Ali Rıza Akıncı eşlik etti.

Deputy Chairman of Parliament Hamzaçebi visited Western Thrace

Later, the delegation visited the Komotini Turkish Youth Union (GTGB), talked with President Koray Hasan for a while. The next stop of the delegation was the elected mufti of Gümülcine. Gümülcine Selected Mufti İbrahim Şerif expressed his satisfaction from the visit and gave information about the issue of mufti of the Turkish minority.
Visit to BTTOB
Finally, the delegation that visited the Western Thrace Turkish Teachers' Union (BTTÖB) met with President Sami Toraman. Toraman, who conveys the problems that the Turkish minority has experienced in the field of education, added that the right of education of the minority of Western Thrace Turks is autonomous and guaranteed by the agreements made.
Visit to the province of Iskegah
After the contacts in Gümülcine, the delegation to İskeçe visited the Mecca of Ahmet Mete, who was the İskeçe's elected muftus. Mete expressed satisfaction with the visit, guest delegation transferred the problem of mufti of the Turkish minority.
As a result of the contacts in İskeçe, the delegation finally visited İskeçe Muzaffer Salihoğlu Minority Secondary School and High School.Hamzaçebi, the school's owner Saime Kırlıdökme and met at the door by the teachers.
