Dünya Türk turizmini seviyor

Terör saldırılarıyla, ülkemizin iç ve dış itibarını sarsmaya çalışanların hevesleri yıkılmaya devam ediyor. Dünyaca ünlü gazete Indepent’in yazarı Simon Calder, geçtiğimiz günlerde Dünya’ya Türkiye ile dayanışma çağrısında bulunmuş ve rastgele hedef seçen şiddete en güzel cevabın davranış ve seçimleri değiştirmemek olduğunu ifade etmişti. Bu çağrıya ilk yanıt Dünya aşçılarından geldi. 300 aşçı önümüzdeki ay Ege Aşçılar Zirvesi’nde bir araya gelecek ve Anadolu Mutfağı yarışmasında hünerlerini sergileyecek

İngiltere’nin ünlü gazetesi Indepent’in köşe yazarı Simon Calder, geçtiğimiz günlerde Türkiye’yi öven söylemlere imza atarak, herkesi ülkemize gelmesi konusunda pozitif şekilde yönlendirmişti. Calder’in bu kampanyasının meyvaları toplanmaya başladı.
22-25 Şubat tarihlerinde Kuşadası’nda yapılacak olan “Ege Bölgesi Ağırlama Konaklama Teknolojileri ve Ev Dışı Tüketim Fuarı” kapsamında “Ege Aşçılar Zirvesi” düzenlenecek. Bu zirveye Dünya’nın dört bir yanından yüzlerce aşçının iştirak edecek. Bu zirvenin temelleri de geçtiğimiz yıl Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın “Geleneksel Türk Mutfağı Yarışması” önerisiyle atılmıştı.
Sezon öncesi bir ilki başaracağız
“Ege Aşçılar Zirvesi”, Türkiye Aşçılar Federasyonu (TAFED) nun organizasyonu ile “Anadolu Mutfağı” konseptiyle gerçekleştirilecek. Konuyla ilgili olarak bir açıklama yapan TAFED Başkan Vekili Rahmi Yılmaz, Türkiye’nin terör belasıyla ve bununla bağlantılı olarak negatif provakasyonlar ile uğraştığı bir dönemde, uluslararası telkinler sayesinde turizm kalkanını korumaya devam edeceğini aktararak; “Bu sene turizm sezonu başlamadan bir ilki başaracağız. Anadolu mutfaklarını işleyeceğiz. Çünkü Türkiye’nin içinde bulunduğu coğrafyada birbirine kenetlenme zamanı. Mutfağı ile kültürü ile bayrağı ve her şeyi ile tam birliktelik zamanı. Bu yüzden hem federasyon hem derneğimiz hem de milli takımlarımız olarak fuardaki yarışmada Anadolu mutfaklarını işleme kararı aldık. Anadolu’muzu tekrar şahlandıracağız” şeklinde konuştu.
Türkiye’nin yanındalar
Türkiye Aşçılar Milli Takım Direktörü Emrah Köksal Sezgin de yarışmaya; Güney Kore, Tunus, Hırvatistan, İngiltere, Yunanistan, Romanya ve daha birçok ülkeden 300’den fazla aşçının katılacağını belirterek; “Bu insanlar Türkiye’ye inanan, onun güzelliğini tüm kalplerinde hisseden insanlar. Bizlerle birlikte olarak tüm dünyaya çok açık bir mesaj verecekler. O mesaj da ‘Türkiye’nin yanındayız’ olacak” diye konuştu.
“Ege Bölgesi Ağırlama Konaklama Teknolojileri ve Ev Dışı Tüketim Fuarı” Aegean Hosttech; Kuşadası Otelciler ve Yatırımcılar Birliği Derneği, Türkiye Aşçılar Federasyonu (TAFED), Kuşadası Profesyonel Aşçılar Derneği (KUPAD), Otel Satınalma Müdürleri ve Eğitimi Derneği, Kuşadası Kaymakamlığı ve Kuşadası Belediyesi işbirliğinde GL Platform Fuarcılık tarafından düzenlenecek. Fuara Türkiye’nin her yerinden konaklama ve ağırlama sektöründen 200 katılımcı firma katılım sağlayacak.

Indenpent’in yazarı Simon Calder, Ortaköy’deki terör saldırısı sonrasında kaleme aldığı yazısında, "Türkiye'de tatil rezervasyonları yaparak teröristlere karşı çıkabiliriz" başlığını işlemiş ve teröre karşı Türkiye ile dayanışma çağrısında bulunmuştu. Calder; “Saldırıların normal hayat akışını etkilemesine izin vermemeliyiz. Türkiye'ye geri dönmek için sabırsızlanıyorum. Çünkü rastgele hedef seçen şiddete verilebilecek en güzel cevap, davranışlarınızı ve seçimlerinizi değiştirmeden ne derece etkisiz olduğunu göstermektir" diye konuşmuştu.
