Bosna'dan FETÖ'cü darbe teşebbüsüne tepki

Bosna Hersek'teki en yüksek yasama organları Temsilciler Meclisi ile Milletler Meclisi milletvekilleri, Fetullahçı Terör Örgütünün (FETÖ) Türkiye'deki darbe girişimini kınayarak, seçilmiş hükümeti desteklediklerini bildirdi. Darbe girişimini değerlendiren milletvekilleri, TBMM'ye yapılan saldırıyı "halka yapılmış bir saldırı" olarak nitelendirirken, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hükümetine her koşulda destek olduklarını ifade etti. Milletvekilleri, demokrasiyi ve devletin kurumlarını korumak için sokağa dökülen Türk halkını da takdirde karşıladıklarını vurguladı. Temsilciler Meclisi Yasama Komisyonu Üyesi Lazar Prodanovic, demokrasi ile yönetilen ülkelerde askeri darbe yapılmasının söz konusu olamayacağını belirterek, "Devleti yöneten kişilerin zor kullanılarak indirilmeye çalışılması kabul edilemez." dedi. Bosna Hersek'in Türkiye'deki seçilmiş hükümeti desteklediğini kaydeden Prodanovic, son yaşananların her ülkede askeri organların sivil denetim mekanizması altında tutulması gerektiğini gösterdiğini dile getirdi. TBMM'ye yapılan saldırının da kesinlikle kabul edilemez olduğunu söyleyen Prodanovic, "Memnun olunmayan bir durum varsa seçimle çözülmelidir." dedi.
"Türkiye'yi koruyan halkı
gururla izledik"
Temsilciler Meclisi Milletvekili ve NATO Parlamenter Asamblesi Bosna Hersek Grubu Üyesi Asim Sarajlic de Türkiye'de yaşananları dikkatle izlediklerini, askeri darbeyle yönetimin değiştirilmesinin kabul edilemez olduğunu kaydetti. Türkiye'nin hem siyaseti hem de ekonomisiyle güvenli bir ülke olduğunun altını çizen Sarajlic, kayıplar nedeniyle Türkiye'nin acısını paylaştıklarını söyledi. Sarajlic, "Türkiye'yi ve devletinin kimliğini büyük bir cesaretle koruyan halkı gururla izledik. Demokrasinin alternatifi yoktur. Demokrasiye karşı olan hiçbir durum ve olay kabul edilemez." diye konuştu. Bosna Hersek'in de savaş yaşadığını ve buradaki insanların korkunç acılara, soykırımlara maruz kaldığını anımsatan Sarajlic, Türkiye'de yapılmaya çalışılanların demokrasiye "açık bir saldırı" olduğunu vurguladı. Temsilciler Meclisi Milletvekili ve Yasama Komisyonu Üyesi Momcilo Novakovic, askeri darbelerin ülkeleri sadece daha büyük krizlere sürüklediğini vurgulayarak, her zaman demokrasinin gerektirdiklerinin uygulanması gerektiğini belirtti. Türkiye'deki darbe girişimini şiddetle kınadığını söyleyen Novakovic, "Bu, halka karşı bir darbe girişimidir. Halkın özgür iradesiyle başa gelmiş hükümete karşı uygulanmaya çalışılan darbe doğrudan halkı hedef almaktadır." dedi. Novakovic, daha önce askeri darbe yapılan birçok ülkede insanların sokağa çıkmadığını ifade ederek, "Türkiye'de yaşananlar, demokrasinin belli bir olgunluğa ulaştığını ve halkın seçtiği kişileri yine halkın koruması gerektiğini gösterdi." şeklinde konuştu.
"Kabul edilebilir olduğunu
düşünmek bile mantıksız"
Milletler Meclisi Milletvekili ve İnsan Hakları Komisyonu Üyesi Martin Raguz da halkların seçilmiş hükümetlerin ve kamu kurumlarının arkasında durması gerektiğini belirterek, Türkiye'nin demokraside güçlü bir şekilde ayağa kalkacağına inandığını söyledi. Raguz, "Yapılanların kabul edilebilir olduğunu düşünmek bile mantıksız. Türkiye hem bölgede hem de dünya siyasetinde son derece önemli bir role sahip. Hepimiz demokrasinin yanında durmalı ve istikrarla barışın korunması için elimizden geleni yapmalıyız." dedi.

Response from Bosnia to the coup attempt of FETO

The House of Representatives of the National Assembly deputies, the highest legislative body in Bosnia and Herzegovina, condemned the coup attempt of Fethullahist Terrorist Organization (feto) in Turkey and announced their support for the elected government.
Parliament deputies evaluated the attack as "an attack on the public", also members have stated that they will support the government of Republic of Turkey in all circumstances.
Members of Parliament stressed their admiration to the people went on streets in order to protect democracy and state institutions in Turkey.
The House of Representatives Legislative Commissioner Lazar Prodanovic stated that there can not be a the military coup carried out in countries ruled by democracy, "It is unacceptable to try to decrease the ruling state members by force." he said.
Prodanovic noted that Bosnia and Herzegovina supports the elected government in Turkey, also said that recent experience shows that the military mechanism should be under civilian control in each country.
"The attack on Parliament is definitely unacceptable" said Prodanovic, "If there is an unsatisfied situation, then it should be solved through elections."
"We watched the people that protected Turkey with pride"
Representatives of Parliament and the NATO Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina Group Member Asim Sarajlic said that they carefully monitored what happened in Turkey, and replacing government with the military coup was unacceptable.
Underlining that Turkey is a safe country with both economy and politics wise, Sarajlic said they share Turkey's suffering due to losses.
Sarajlic, "We watched Turkey and the people of great courage to protect the identity of the state with such pride. There is no alternative to democracy. Under any circumstances these events are unacceptable and against democracy." he said.
"Bosnia and Herzegovina also experienced that war and the terrible suffering here, they had been subjected to genocide" said Sarajilic, also emphasized by stating that those events were clearly an "open attack" to democracy of Turkey.
Representatives and Legislative Assembly Deputy Commissioner Momcilo Novakovic, stressing that military coups only dragging countries to bigger crisis,and requirement of democracy shoud always be applied.
Condemning the coup attempt in Turkey, Novakovic said "This is a coup against the people. By targeting the government that selected with the free will is in fact directly targeting the society." he said.
Novakovic, stated that before in many countries which the military coup made out people couldn't go out on streets, "what is happening in Turkey, has reached a certain level of maturity of democracy and the people elected by the people again showed the need to protect the public." he said.
"It is unreasonable to even think that actions are acceptable"
National Assembly deputy and Human Rights Commissioner Martin Raguz also said that society should stand behind the people's elected government and public institutions, also expressed that he believes Turkey's democracy will stand up in a powerful way.
Raguz, "It is unreasonable to even think that actions are acceptable. Turkey plays an important role in both in the region and in world politics. We must stand beside democracy and we must do our utmost to maintain peace in a stable."he said.
